Delivery Instructions and Timeframes
Upon order, we intend to dispatch your products within 1-2 working days.
SOLVERBio uses partners for all deliveries within Australia.
Upon dispatch, an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated address.
SOLVERBio is not liable for import duties and taxes of our products sent abroad, this is the receiver’s responsibility.

Faulty Products
If goods are faulty, exchange or refund after 7 days of purchase will be given at the purchaser’s cost to return.
Return/Exchange Policy/15-Days Money Back Guarantee
Can return/refund within 15 days of purchase with receipt and products in original condition or with a maximum of 50% product usage. To start the process, please email us on reception@solverbio.com.au. When we receive back the products, we’ll refund the price of the products received. The products will be given at the purchaser’s cost to return.
